Kung-fu walking! easy way to:
- regain ankle and hip mobility - strengthen leg muscles - gain balance = confidence while walk
Pull back your shoulder blades and tuck in pelvis
Slow and control or fast walking but not running.
I recommend to do every walk style for 3min. Twice a day or once depends on your fitness.
Exercises shouldn't give you pain if suchlike try doing them in other positions or contact us for information
